SCHEDULE 4 Minor and consequential amendments

Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 (c. 38)

14 In section 45, for subsection (1) substitute—

“(1) The fixed penalty payable in pursuance of a notice under section 43(1) is payable to the local authority whose authorised officer gave the notice.”
