104 (1) Section 111 (interpretation of Part 5) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) at the end of paragraph (a) insert “and”, and

(b) omit paragraphs (c) and (d).

(3) In subsection (2)—

(a) at the end of paragraph (b) insert “and”, and

(b) omit paragraphs (d) and (e).

(4) In subsection (3)—

(a) at the end of paragraph (a) insert “and”, and

(b) omit paragraphs (c) and (d).
