Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) Act 1999 (c. 2) U.K.

73 U.K. The Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions etc.) Act 1999 shall be amended as follows.

74 U.K. For section 3(1) to (5) (management of contributions) substitute—

“(1) The Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs shall be responsible for the collection and management of contributions.”

75 U.K. Section 7 (use of information) shall cease to have effect.
