69Review of local development plan
(1)
A local planning authority must carry out a review of their local development plan F1—.
(a)
if, after consideration under section 68A, they think that the plan should be reviewed, and
(b)
at such other times as the Welsh Ministers prescribe.
(2)
The authority must report to the Assembly on the findings of their review.
(3)
A review must—
(a)
be in such form as is prescribed;
(b)
be published in accordance with such requirements as are prescribed.
