33 In section 192(2) (provisions extending to Northern Ireland)—

(a) for “section 145 (except subsections (4)” substitute “section 145 (except subsections (4A) to (4C)”, and

(b) at the appropriate place insert—

“section 145A (except subsection (6)(b)),”.
