30(1)This paragraph applies to an appeal to [F2the appropriate tribunal] under paragraph 28 against a decision to vary or revoke, or (as the case may be) to refuse to vary or revoke, an interim or final management order.E+W

(2)Paragraph 26(2) applies to such an appeal as it applies to an appeal under paragraph 24.

(3)The tribunal may confirm, reverse or vary the decision of the local housing authority.

(4)If the appeal is against a decision of the authority to refuse to revoke the order, the tribunal may make an order revoking the order as from a date specified in its order.

[F3(5)In a case where subsection (2A) of section 112 or 122 would otherwise prevent the tribunal from revoking the order with effect from a particular date, the tribunal may require the local housing authority to exercise any power it has to bring an agreement mentioned in that subsection to an end.]
