Amend Article 98 (power of courts to make attachment of earnings orders) as follows.

In paragraph (a)(i), after “matrimonial” insert “ or civil partnership ”.

In paragraph (a)(ii), after “matrimonial jurisdiction” insert “ or a civil partnership proceedings county court in the exercise of its civil partnership jurisdiction ”.
