19(1)Amend section 38 (widow’s pension) as follows.
(2)In subsection (2), after “remarries” insert “or forms a civil partnership”.
(3)After subsection (3)(c) insert “or
(d)for any period during which she and a woman who is not her civil partner are living together as if they were civil partners.”
