This Act has effect in relation to Northern Ireland with the modifications specified in subsections (2) and (3).

In sections 32(5)(a) and 33(6)(a), for “51 weeks” there is substituted “ 6 months ”.

In section 32(4)(a)(i), for “12 months” there is substituted “ 6 months ”.
