The authority conferred by a licence extends to—
(a)the designated individual,
(b)any person who is designated as a person to whom the licence applies by a notice given to the Authority by the designated individual, and
(c)any person acting under the direction of—
(i)the designated individual, or
(ii)a person designated as mentioned in paragraph (b).
