6(1)Use of the results of an analysis of DNA for the purpose of research in connection with disorders, or the functioning, of the human body is use for an excepted purpose if the bodily material concerned is the subject of an order under sub-paragraph (2).U.K.

(2)The Secretary of State may by regulations specify circumstances in which the High Court or the Court of Session may order that this paragraph apply to bodily material.
