Agricultural Wages Act 1948 E+W+S

1 E+W+S In section 15A of the Agricultural Wages Act 1948 (c. 47) (disclosure of information obtained by officers acting for the purposes of the 1998 Act), after subsection (5) insert—

“(5A) Nothing in this section prevents a disclosure in accordance with section 16A of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998.”
