55Supply of benefit information to Auditor General for Wales
The Secretary of State may supply to the Auditor General for Wales any information held by the Secretary of State which—
(a)
relates to housing benefit or council tax benefit, and
(b)
appears to the Secretary of State to be relevant to the exercise of any function of the Auditor General for Wales.
