55 (1) Section 82 (code of conduct for local government employees) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (5) after paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) the Auditor General for Wales,”.

(3) In subsection (6)(b) for “Audit Commission” substitute “ Auditor General for Wales ”.
