Advisory bodies
I1I250Payments in respect of advisory bodies

The Secretary of State may make any payments he considers appropriate in respect of the expenses of a body established for the purpose of advising him on any matter in relation to which provision is made by this Act.
2
The Secretary of State may make a payment under this section—
a
to any person he considers appropriate;
b
subject to any conditions he considers appropriate.
