Civil Procedure Rules may continue to be made for the purposes of Part 6 of the County Courts Act 1984 (administration orders) notwithstanding the repeal by this Act of section 12(1) of the Insolvency Act 1976, and the repeal of section 12(1) shall not affect the operation of any rules that are in force immediately before the coming into force of the repeal.
