6U.K.In section 97 of that Act (orders, rules and regulations) in subsection (4) (which lists powers exercisable subject to affirmative procedure in the House of Commons) after paragraph (f) insert—
“(g)an order under paragraph 3 or 4 of Schedule 11A.”.
