Section 56 of the Finance Act 1998 (c. 36) is amended as follows.

In subsection (8) (meaning of “construction trade”) for “Chapter 4 of Part 13 of the Taxes Act 1988” substitute “ section 74 of the Finance Act 2004 ”.
