Criminal Justice Act 2003

233I1Offences under service law
Where—
a
a person has at any time been convicted of an offence under section 70 of the Army Act 1955 (3 & 4 Eliz. 2 c. 18), section 70 of the Air Force Act 1955 (3 & 4 Eliz. 2 c. 19) or section 42 of the Naval Discipline Act 1957 (c. 53), and
b
the corresponding civil offence (within the meaning of that Act) was a relevant offence,
section 229 shall have effect as if he had at that time been convicted in England and Wales of the corresponding civil offence.
