141 E+W In section 38 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (provisions about imprisonment or detention), in subsection (4)(a), for “section 118(1) of the Sentencing Act” there is substituted “ section 189(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 ”.
