Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 (c. 6) E+W

120 E+W In section 146 (driving disqualification for any offence), in subsection (2), for “109(2), 110(2) or 111(2) above” there is substituted “ 110(2) or 111(2) above, section 51A(2) of the Firearms Act 1968 or section 225, 226, 227 or 228 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 ”.
