SCHEDULE 12Breach or amendment of suspended sentence order, and effect of further conviction

Interpretation

In this Schedule—

  • “the offender”, in relation to a suspended sentence order, means the person in respect of whom the order is made;

  • “the F1local justice area concerned”, in relation to a suspended sentence order, means the F1local justice area for the time being specified in the order;

  • “the responsible officer” has the meaning given by section 197.
