169 Consequential and minor repeals E+W+S

(1) The Road Traffic (NHS Charges) Act 1999 (c. 3) shall cease to have effect.

(2) In the Road Traffic Act 1988, in section 161(1), in the definition of “hospital”, paragraph (b) is omitted.
