SCHEDULE 3 U.K.Sexual offences for purposes of Part 2

[F1 59ZC SAn offence under section 32 of that Act (causing an older child to be present during a sexual activity) if the offender—

(a) was 18 or over, or

(b) in respect of the offence, is or has been—

(i) sentenced to a term of imprisonment, or

(ii) admitted to a hospital.]
