A decision of the judge under this Part may be questioned in legal proceedings only by means of an appeal under this Part.

Subsection (1) does not prevent an appeal against a determination of a devolution issue.

In this Part “ devolution issue ” has the same meaning as in Schedule 6 to the Scotland Act 1998.
