A decision under this Part of the judge or the Secretary of State may be questioned in legal proceedings only by means of an appeal under this Part.

Subsection (1) does not prevent an appeal against a determination of a devolution issue.

In this Part “ devolution issue ” has the same meaning as in Schedule 6 to the Scotland Act 1998.
