Subject to subsection (2), this Act comes into force in accordance with provision made by order by the Lord Chancellor.

Subsection (1) does not apply to section 42, 94, 107, 108, 109(4) to (6), this section or section 111 or 112.

An order under this section may appoint different days for different provisions and different purposes.
