395 (1) Amend section 11 (appeals in licensing matters) as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1), for “the appropriate” substitute “ a ”.

(3) Omit subsection (3).

(4) In subsection (6)(d)—

(a) omit “appropriate”, and

(b) for “that” substitute “ the ”.
