(2)In paragraph 10(2), for “Crown Court Rules” substitute “ Criminal Procedure Rules ”.
(3)In paragraph 18, after paragraph (d) insert—
“(dd)the reference in paragraph 10(2) to “Criminal Procedure Rules” shall be taken as a reference to Crown Court Rules,”.
