(a) in paragraph (b), after “within the area” insert “ in or ”, and

123 (1) Amend the Schedule (supplementary provisions as to proceedings under section 2) as follows. U.K.

(2) For paragraphs 2 and 2A substitute—

“2 The court shall sit in open court and shall consist of—

(a) at least two justices, or

(b) a District Judge (Magistrates' Courts).”

(3) In paragraph 3, for “paragraphs 2 and 2A” substitute “ paragraph 2 ”.
