28Parenting orders: appealsE+W

(1)An appeal lies to the Crown Court against the making of a parenting order [F1by a magistrates' court under section 26, 26A or 26B].

[F2(1A)An appeal lies to the High Court against the making of a parenting order by [F3the county court] under section 26A or 26B.]

(2)Subsections (2) and (3) of section 10 of the 1998 Act (appeals against parenting orders) are to apply in relation to an appeal under this section as they apply in relation to an appeal under [F4subsection (1)] of that section.
