35 E+W In Schedule 9 to the Transport Act 2000 (air traffic: information), in paragraph 3—

(a) in sub-paragraph (2), for paragraph (g) there is substituted—

“(g) the Water Services Regulation Authority;”,

(b) in sub-paragraph (3), after paragraph (ra) there is inserted—

“(rb) the Water Act 2003;”.
