38 U.K. The Criminal Justice (Evidence, Etc.) (Northern Ireland) Order 1988 is amended as follows.

39 U.K. In Article 4 (business etc. documents), in paragraph (4), for “section 3 of the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 1990” there is substituted “ section 7 of the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 ”.
