Securing attendance of witnesses U.K.

2 U.K. In Scotland the nominated court has power to issue a warrant to officers of law to cite the witness for the purpose of securing his attendance to give evidence through the link, and section 156 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 (c. 46) applies in relation to the witness if so cited.
