80E+WIn section 21(10) of the Local Government Act 2000 (which provides that, subject to provision made by or under paragraphs 7 and 9 of Schedule 1 to that Act, members of an overview and scrutiny committee of a local authority who are not members of the authority may not vote at meetings of the committee), at the end there is inserted “ , unless permitted to do so under paragraph 12 of that Schedule ”.
