368HKComplaints relating to Tier 1 standards code

(1)

OFCOM must establish and maintain procedures for the handling and resolution of complaints that a person who provides a Tier 1 service is failing, or has failed, to comply with section 368HJ(1).

(2)

A person who provides a Tier 1 service must establish and maintain procedures for the handling and resolution of complaints that the person is failing, or has failed, to comply with section 368HJ(1).
