Regulation of radio selection services
362BJFurther provision about access to relevant internet radio services
(1)
The provider of a designated radio selection service must draw up a statement about how the provider intends to comply with the duties and prohibition in section 362BI.
(2)
The provider must keep the statement under review and, if appropriate, revise it.
(3)
The provider must publish the statement and any revised statement.
