362AZ9Monitoring role for OFCOM
OFCOM have the function of obtaining, compiling and keeping under review information about matters which may be relevant to—
(a)
designating or revoking the designation of an internet programme service under section 362AA or 362AB;
(b)
designating or revoking the designation of a television selection service or specifying or ceasing to specify a description of television selection services under section 362AF;
(c)
deciding whether to take enforcement action under this Part and Schedule 16B (so far as relating to this Part).
