Must-offer and must-carry obligations

362AKMust-carry obligations

(1)

The provider of a regulated television selection service must—

(a)

in respect of each designated internet programme service, enter into arrangements with the provider of the designated internet programme service for the regulated television selection service to include that designated internet programme service, and

(b)

keep them in force.

(2)

The provider of a regulated television selection service must act consistently with the agreement objectives when entering into arrangements in pursuance of subsection (1) and while they are in force.
