orbthe expiry of any period specified in the confirmation decision for complying with a requirement so specified.4BThe amount of a penalty under subsection (4A) is to be such amount not exceeding £500 per day as OFCOM determine to be—aappropriate; andbproportionate to the contravention in respect of which it is imposed.5The amount of any other penalty notified under this section is to be such amount not exceeding £2,000,000 as OFCOM determine to be both—aappropriate;
