SCHEDULE 17Minor and Consequential Amendments

50Welsh Development Agency Act 1975

Section 19 of the Welsh Development Agency Act 1975 (c. 70) (the Agency and the media) shall be amended as follows.

In subsection (9), for “the appropriate authority”, in both places, there shall be substituted “the Office of Communications”.

3

In subsection (11), in the definition of “relevant licence” for “the Independent Television Commission or the Radio Authority” there shall be substituted “the Office of Communications”.
