In section 91(7) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 (c. 21) (report of dangers to navigation), in the definition of “controlled station for wireless telegraphy”—
(a)
after “Secretary of State” there shall be inserted “
or by the Office of Communications
”
; and
(b)
for “by him” there shall be substituted “
by the Office of Communications
”
