Schedule 15 to that Act (disclosure of information) shall be amended as follows.

In Part 1, for “The Director General of Telecommunications” there shall be substituted “ The Office of Communications ”.

In Part 2, after the entry relating to the Enterprise Act 2002, there shall be inserted— “ The Communications Act 2003. ”
