In section 280 of that Act (measures of compensation)—
(a)
for “a telecommunications code system” there shall be substituted “
an electronic communications code network
”
;
(b)
for “the running of the telecommunications code system”, wherever occurring, there shall be substituted “
the provision of the electronic communications code network
”
