In section 68(2)(c) of that Act (scheme for protecting legitimate interests)—
a
the words from “which”, where it occurs for the second time, to “or 33” shall cease to have effect; and
b
for the words “that section” there shall be substituted “
section 22 or 33 (whether or not there would otherwise have been a duty to make such a reference)
”
