Schedule 1 to the 1996 Act (computation of “multiplex revenue” etc.) shall be amended as follows.

In Part 1, for “the Commission” and “The Commission”, wherever occurring, there shall be substituted “
OFCOM
”
.
(3)
In Part 2, for “the Authority” and “The Authority”, wherever occurring, there shall be substituted “
OFCOM
”
.
