[F1In section 4(1) of the Licensed Premises (Exclusion of Certain Persons) Act 1980 (interpretation), in the definition of “licensed premises” for the words “a justices' on-licence (within the meaning of section 1 of the Licensing Act 1964)” substitute “a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 authorising the supply of alcohol (within the meaning of section 14 of that Act) for consumption on the premises”.]
