18 E+W In section 1(4) of the Civic Restaurants Act 1947 (civic restaurant authority to be subject to law relating to sale of alcohol), for “the enactments relating to the sale of intoxicating liquor” substitute “the Licensing Act 2003 and any other enactment relating to the sale of intoxicating liquor”.
