8C(1)This paragraph applies where an off-sales review of a premises licence is decided under section 172G(3)(b) (off-sales review of premises licence following review application).E+W
(2)An appeal may be made against that decision by—
(a)the holder of the premises licence,
(b)the applicant under section 172G, or
(c)any other person who made relevant representations in relation to the application for the review.
