The registrar may require a person to produce a document for the purposes of proceedings before him.

The power under subsection (1) is subject to rules.

A requirement under subsection (1) shall be enforceable as an order of the court.

A person aggrieved by a requirement under subsection (1) may appeal to F1the county court, which may make any order which appears appropriate.
